Congratulations!
Now that your organization has been selected, we have another exhaustive process to go through.
1) CFTWF board members meet, initially with your board members to discuss the parameters of the project, confidentiality and licensing. We require a commitment of confidentiality of all parties involved in the project.
2) In order to proceed, the organization's BOD must approve collaboration with CFTWF. This is called a "letter of commitment" (LOC) which will need to be on official letterhead (of your organization) indicating such approval. We cannot begin pre-production until we receive this.
3) Once CFTWF receives your LOC, we will request the designation of one or two individuals to act as the liaison between CFTWF and and your organization. These individuals will be the “go to” people for all communications. Reciprocally, CFTWF will provide one or two individuals likewise. However, in the event we act as a dental or medical volunteer team, we will have our Dental or Medical Adviser make contact with your assigned counterpart to strictly determine the scope of our role and logistics.
4) Determine and discuss upcoming missions trips, shooting opportunities. Details will be addressed in pre-production.
5) Determine volunteer role of CFTWF crew. Depending on the scope of the mission, we will provide our camera crew and accompanying medical professionals. The small crew will act in a volunteer capacity for your mission. Usually we are accompanied by a dentist and our crew assists them, however the crew will perform whatever duties are necessary for your organization to carry out the mission.
Now onto Pre-production!
